  • Identity & contact data: your name, phone number, email address, address of the property where work is to be carried out.
  • Service data: the nature of your plumbing/heating enquiry, photos you choose to send, scheduling preferences.
  • Transaction data: invoices, payment records, service history (when you become a customer).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, time-zone setting, device data, captured by our hosting provider for security and diagnostic purposes only.
