1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Local Plumber Dublin ("we", "us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services & Bookings

• Work is carried out by qualified engineers to professional standards.
• Appointments are scheduled in good faith; arrival times may vary due to traffic or emergencies.
• We reserve the right to decline work that is unsafe or outside our scope.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted before work begins wherever possible. Emergency rates may apply for out-of-hours callouts.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Materials supplied remain our property until paid in full.

4. Cancellations

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Short-notice cancellations may incur a callout fee if an engineer is already en route.

5. Warranty

• Workmanship warranty applies to our labour for a reasonable period, unless specified otherwise.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and parts as provided by the manufacturer.

6. Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing faults, consequential losses, or issues arising from factors beyond our control. Nothing limits liability where prohibited by law.

7. Access & Safety

Clients must provide safe access to the work area and disclose relevant system information. We may refuse work where conditions are unsafe.
